We will do everything possible to make your stay most enjoyable. To ensure you will have a very pleasant experience at Juniper Inn Bed & Breakfast, we have established the following policies. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Reservations are accepted for a minimum 2-night stay on all weekends and single night stays midweek.
Reservations are confirmed with a fifty percent deposit of the total numbered of reserved days plus tax. Reservations can be secured with your credit card information. A personal check is acceptable to secure your reservation, the check must be received within 7 days of your requested reservation. Balance due is payable in cash or credit card.
Due to the small size of our inn, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we must hold firm to our cancellation policy.
In the event of a cancellation; you must cancel 15 days prior to your date of arrival. If you notify us less than 15 days prior to your stay, or if the guest arrives after the dates specified or departs before the final date of the reservation, and we are unable to rebook the room, we will charge you the deposit amount, which is 50% of the full reservation and/or the remaining reserved dates with applicable taxes. Guests are requested to please note arrival and departure dates carefully.

CHILDREN AND PETS
We love children and animals and have a few of our own, but at the Inn, children and pets are not allowed.

We currently use Mailchimp for our newsletter subscription service. You may unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter at anytime. Juniper Inn also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites through Google Analytics. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Juniper Inn.
